Business Terms

Shipping & Delivery
Upon confirmation that payment is received, we target to ship your order as fast as possible within 1-3 working days.  We estimated that you should receive your order within 7 days working days for local Singapore addresses and 1 to 4 weeks for overseas locations.  As we have no control over the local/ground postal services, the required shipping days are to be used as a reference only.   
All orders are shipped with tracking code as this will minimize risk of losing your valuable orders during transit and enable the shipment to be tracked.
Paid tracked delivery - your order is sent at a charge of SGD 3 to Singapore addresses for orders less than SGD 50 and SGD 8 for overseas addresses for orders less than SGD 200.  
Free tracked delivery - free local Singapore delivery with minimum of SGD 50 orders and free international delivery with minimum SGD 200 order. Your order can be traced (tracking number will be sent to you via email) and delivery is more assured.  Please email customerservice@beadsactually.com if you do not receive them after a reasonable time frame. 
Note : Beads Actually reserves the right to cancel or amend orders in the event that the product you've ordered is/are no longer available or lost during during. Naturally, the appropriate refunds or replacement will be provided.
Privacy & Security
Personal inforation such as your name, address, phone number etc is treated with complete confidentiality and is used to process your order.  Credit card information is disseminated througha secured, encrypted SSL connection, and not retained by BeadsActually.com.  Personal infomration transmitted to Beadsactually.com in unencrypted form is stored in a database on a secure server, which is not directly accessible from the internet.  We do not share your personal data with third parties.
Returns & Replacements
We apologize that we do not offer exchanges if you regret or change your mind about purchases.  
Although, we take great care in ensuring that all products shipped are in good condition, in case you have received a wrong or defective product, please return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, at the lowest shipping option (with tracking reference number) and we will refund freight/shipping cost (please enclose delivery receipt) to you.  Where possible, we will send your replacement product, otherwise, a full refund will be given back to your account.  
Returned item must be in the same state ie in its original packaging.  Please enclose a copy of the invoice for the product and your email address.  Once we received the product, we will exchange this for a similiar product from the same brand collection.  No cash refund will be made if the cost of the exchange items is lower than your original purchase price. You will be required to top up the difference, if the exchange product is of a higher value.  You will need to pay for the difference.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Beadsactually accepts payment via PayPal only.
All pricing are set in accordance to the recommended retail price determined by the respective brand owners.  Prices in this site are in Singapore dollars without GST charges.   
Beadsactually reserves the right to determine, amend and/or remove any promotion activities with prior notification. Queries should be sent to customerservice@beadsactually.com.
